AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE
The automatic strapping machine model 043 TR200 renders fully automatic the vertical strapping of products of any kind, allowing one or more straps to be tied with polypropylene or polyester straps.
It is usually positioned on roller conveyors, belts or chains, interrupted or shaped, to facilitate the insertion of the strap sliding arc.
The machine consists of an electro-welded steel plate structure that supports the vertically mobile unit, consisting of the head and the arch. The stop position of the moving assembly varies automatically according to the height of the bundle.
The lower part of the arch can be equipped with slits to facilitate the ejection of debris.
The strapping machine is equipped with its own roll-holder, equipped with an electromagnetic brake, and a motorised strap feeder unit.
The electrical cabinet is integrated in the coil carrier and is separate from the machine.
The entire machine cycle is controlled by a PLC.
