Legal Basis for Processing

Additional Information on Retention Time

•Data collected for contract performance: Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the contract has been fully executed.
•Data collected for legitimate interest purposes: Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained as long as needed to fulfill such interests.
