The strap is tensioned by means of a special device (our international patent) which ensures that the strap is tensioned to the set value under all conditions.

This device ensures that the desired tensioning value is achieved regardless of the type of material being strapped.

The machine is suitable for working with any width of polypropylene strap from 9 to 15 mm simply by making small adjustments, without changing any parts and with a thickness of 0.75 mm max. A special device enables this use and ensures optimum overlapping of the two welded ends.

Minimized stoppages thanks to the strap quick-recovery device: in the event of a jam, the strap wedged between the two guides can be removed without the aid of tools by pulling it out by hand through a special opening provided for this purpose.

If strapping is carried out accidentally without the strap in place, a strap loop is formed on the movable plate, which is then automatically ejected, without impairing the operation of the machine for the next strap.

Following a failed launch, the machine will retry strapping three consecutive times on the same package, after which, if strapping has not yet been performed, the machine stops in alarm, displaying the message on the operator panel display.
